Deaeration

High air content in pulp suspensions creates a number of problems in paper manufacturing. The optimal pulp stock for paper making should contain as little air and gases as possible. This makes efficient deaeration an important factor for process and quality improvements.

Noss PERIVAC removes undesired air and other gases from the paper stock and eliminates a number of problems that may have negative effects on the paper quality.
