Reel Lifter

The Jarshire reel lifter/turner is designed to lift and turn reels up to a maximum weight of 250 kg. Completely manoeuvrable, the unit will handle reels from 400 mm diameter to 1200 mm diameter and, for example, will palletise 5 reels with a width of 322 mm on to a standard pallet. The unit is powered by maintenance-free gelatine electrolyte battery for up/down, rotate, forward and reverse movements.

Roll Pusher

The product was designed to facilitate handling reels, in paper or any other material, inside plants. Easy-to-use, sturdy and economically priced, it makes work simpler and surer. Pneumatically driven, by easy connection to the internal compressed air system, it can push up to 6 tons (13,000 lbs) over a flat surface. It comes in two standard configurations with the oversize version making it possible to lift 3 tons (6,500 lbs) of reels onto the automatic loading trolley used especially by cardboard corrugators. However, the machine can be customised if necessary.
