Double column puller

Generally designed for larger diameter and longer reel shafts and reel spools used in the paper and tissue industries.

Single column puller

Generally designed for larger diameter and longer reel shafts and reel spools used in the paper and tissue industries. The extractor can also be integrated with lifting tables, wrappers and conveyors.

Model 10
Pneumatic shaft handling system

Designed to address the problem of handling spool shafts, the extractor can insert and extract expanding shafts from spools and store them without any operator effort. Floor-mounted (fixed position), the system is connected to a compressed air supply, moving the shaft-grip position along a horizontal axis with vertical traverse and manual rotation around the column.

Designed for the extraction and handling of expanding shafts and chucks from a reel of wound material, such as paper of various basis weights, and for the re-insertion of the same in paper core or cores which have been suitably prepared by the operator. The unit has been manufactured according to the strictest accident-prevention standards and maintains optimum efficiency even in extended use.
