Isobox Control Panel

An integrated system for the automatic tension regulation of the Isomatic control panel and Ep converter transducer. Isobox is easy to use and ready to mount. Highly flexible, it can be customised to suit diverse kinds of applications and can be configured to work with load cells, dancer roller or ultrasonic sensor for the web tension control both in  closed-loop and open-loop systems.

Isomatic

The Isomatic compares the web tension value detected from the load cells with the ‘set point’ and sends the input to the brake (or motor) in order to adjust the web tension.

The web tension value can also be obtained by the ultrasonic sensor able to detect the reel diameter or by a potentiometer connected to a dancer roller. The Isomatic control panel particularly stands out for its user-friendliness, compactness and ease of use, it is extremely versatile and meets all requested features with the highest reliability.

E/P Converter

Converts the electrical signal received from the Control Panel into a pneumatic value input to be sent to the pneumatic brake.

The EP Converter transducer can be used for the web tension control in closed-loop and open-loop systems.

Thanks to its compact dimensions it can be easily positioned near the brake it is connected to, in order to obtain the maximum performance.
