Rotating safety chucks from Svecom
Our rotating safety chucks for the winding and unwinding of reels guarantee greater safety and a higher rotation speed.
The safety chucks can be equipped with mechanical and electromechanical sensors able to verify if the safety chuck is open or closed, thus drastically improving safety.
Several tilting and sliding models are available to suit different loads, any model can be both foot-mounted and flange-mounted.

Model 900: Mechanical safety chuck with U squared shaped and tilting ring
Mechanical safety chuck with U squared shaped and tilting ring mod. 900 is used to rewind or unwind material in rolls on expanding airshafts; they allow to load or unload rolls more easily without moving the airshaft directly.
